I’m working my way through the various occasions being celebrated this September, and one of them is a ruby anniversary.
Now red and traditional ruby jewel tones are not something I tend to use, but rubies come in different shades, so here’s my take…

I started out cutting a panel of C9 Nectar cardstock with the A2 Stitched Scallops dies from The Greetery.
I knew I wanted to combine a fancy Anniversary sentiment from an old Waltzing Mouse stamp set called Big Day Additions with the Best Bouquet Details dies from The Greetery.
I picked a mix of pretty shades of cardstock including Peony from The Stamp Market for that hit of ruby pink.
My go-to number dies, the Bold Numbers set from The Greetery, provided the perfect focal point for the bouquet.
I finished off the card by mounting it on an ivory card base edged with Blue Gold paint from the Starry Colors Gansai Tambi paint set.
And there we have it, one card down, more occasions to come!
