For my next card it’s back to my Crate Paper Merry Days collection that we go.
I really love the illustration of the papers and embellishments, they remind me of one of my all-time favourite companies that designs paper party products and decorations: Meri-Meri.
Paper and ephemera: Crate Paper – Merry Days
It’s such a simple card in terms of assembly, but I think it’s pretty effective. The grey paper for the sky is an off-cut I had left over from last year when I used some Basic Grey paper on my Christmas cards for a snowy sky.
The perfect finishing touch was to add a Wink of Stella to the windows and dot on each of those fairy light bulbs. 😀 Also with the extra sparkle I added I’m including this as my December card challenge entry. 😉
