2020 Christmas Countdown | Day 45 (Glad Tidings)

Good morning!

I have a bit of a throwback for today’s card with a stamp set that must be six or seven years old now, but with all the lovely varieties of ink out there can still be used to create a fresh yet classic card design:

So yes, the WPlus9 Woodland Wreaths set got some love this year with inks from The Stamp Market and Concord & 9th, plus a few Lawn Fawn greens for the pear and my go-to branch brown from Altenew.

I love the look of wreaths against wood textures/prints, so I doubled this up by using a grey wood paper from Basic Grey with the Tag Sale #10 die and my beloved Stitched Woodgrain cover-up die from Lil’ Inker Designs, which I always think looks so nice in Pale Rose pink on light grey.

Finally, I added a champagne gold glittery bow and a sentiment from the Tiny Words set by Simon Says Stamp.
