It’s my turn to set the challenge over on the Daring Cardmakers blog this week, and well let’s just say it’s inspired by the fact it’s apparently National Bagel Day in the US of A…
So, much cause for celebration of all things circular. 😉

For my circular element I wanted to create a double aperture to showcase the main sentiment of my card.
I first created the rainbow turnabout with The Stamp Market inks for the rainbows and the lighter shades of Altenew ink for the cloud and rain accents.
The yellow and blue cardstock is from the Concord & 9th sampler pack and contrasts nicely against the striped lime green paper from the Really Rainbow pad by Lawn Fawn.
Once all the elements were die-cut I lined up the sentiment inside the aperture to get it placed perfectly, and finally added a little red heart die cut for extra pop.
