It’s a brand-new month, so a brand-new elemental inspiration challenge over on the Daring Cardmakers blog, and Shabneez has picked a really minty fresh board for us:
My three elements were mint, a typewriter, and a bow (inspired by the shoelaces):

As soon as I saw mint and that typewriter I knew what supplies I’d be using for this dare – my trusty You’re My Type set from Sugarpea Designs, cardstock from Concord & 9th which all fit the palette of Maggie Holme’s Garden Party collection too.
I used two different typewritten style sentiments (the larger is from the Mama Elephant set) and on the inside of the card is a big Happy Birthday stamp.
This design and the sentiments would work for any occasion really, and it’s a good go-to card to have in my stash, as I can always add the perfect sentiment for the recipient later when I need to send the card.
To showcase the typewriter I used the Wood Frame Builder dies from Honey Bee Stamps in gravel grey cardstock, finished off with a pink bow.
