Easter Greetings | The Greetery Print Shop Spring Mix

Well, you wouldn’t think it looking out the window today, but Easter is fast approaching, and thankfully I had time to get some cards made in the past few weekends, including this one inspired by the 2022 Card Challenge March prompt here.

The prompt was the perfect excuse to give the Print Shop: Spring mix stamps and stencils from The Greetery a test drive with a mix of spring ink shades from Lawn Fawn.

I applied the different stencil layers directly to my card base.

Once the stencil layers were done, I just added the stamped details with an acrylic block, which didn’t go too badly! I am so reliant on my Misti now that I rarely free stamp anything.

I cut the Easter word die from light pink cardstock and a few pieces of dark grey cardstock to create a shadow effect.

I found the perfect stand-alone “greetings” sentiment in the Opposites Attract Holiday set, and it finished things off perfectly.

I then added some sparkly details to the flower centres and used my Wink of Stella pen on the pink Easter die cut.
