I’ve really pared it back today and gone the simple route.
I can’t believe how little I’ve managed to use some of my new festive purchases this year. One of them being the Christmas Cloche set from Concord & 9th.
But not to worry, there is always next year…. and the year after!

I still had papers out on my desk from a recent project using the Snow & Cocoa 6×6 pad from Crate Paper, and the colours just went together nicely.
I can’t remember the last time, if ever, that I used yellow patterned paper on a Christmas card, but apparently it’s all the rage now. 😉
I cut all the elements for the cloche and then heat embossed the main sentiment in white on that lovely tide pool cardstock from Concord & 9th.
Finally, I added the bow (with some ink blending for contrast) and greenery details to the cloche and a little glittery snow at the bottom, and the card was complete.
