Happy Galentine’s Day!
Every year for this special day I end up using my one and only Galentine’s Day sentiment set for a fun card, and though it may be retired, it is still yielding a new sentiment for me with each use:
Stamp: MFT – My Galentine (r)
Dies: Lawn Fawn – Hearts, The Stamp Market – Little Rainbow, The Stamp Market – Postage Stamp
But first, I started out by cutting The Stamp Market’s Little Rainbow die 6 times with the cardstock colours listed below.
I also applied double-sided adhesive sheets to the cardstock colours before running them through my machine to make it easier to stick all those arcs down on the shadow die.
So now I have 5 other little rainbows ready to use on some future projects. 🙂
Last month I made a rainbow card with supplies from Concord & 9th, and it had a bit of a postage stamp feel.
So I thought, why not give that theme another spin.
This time, it’s the turn of The Stamp Market Postage Stamp cover die.
Once that was cut, I stamped the sentiment from the My Galentine MFT stamp set in my Misti and added the rainbow and heart details before attaching everything to a kraft card base.
And there had to be a little sequin sparkle to finish off the look!
