I’m back on the Seven Hills Crafts blog today with another spring project for the collection.
This time I’m using the Print Shop Modern Botanical set and coordinating dies.
As with all the products in the Print Shop series from The Greetery, layering stencils and stamps are used to create the background “print” giving you plenty of scope to use different colour palettes.

For this outing, I wanted to use Spring greens and soft tones for the florals, with a pop of blue for the bluebells.
Once I’d created the background panel, I cut extra florals with the die set to add a little pop.
I went in with some pencil details on some of the florals, and also used white pen on the yellow flower centres.
Before sticking anything down, I ran the background panel through my die cutting machine with a large zig zag die so I could mount it on a kraft card base.
I also grabbed the Tear Strip Tags Spring stamps and Tear Strip Banner dies to create some sentiments ready for Spring projects.
There are four sentiments in the set, and you simply snip the finished banners apart when you need them.
Finally, once everything was stuck down, I used some iridescent crystal gems to decorate the pink flower centres for a little sparkle in the sunlight.
