Festive Fridays | Mini Market Place Greetings

Well, you might have guessed, it’s another Market Place make this Festive Friday!

This time featuring just the Market Place Mini dies for the houses.

Card | The Greetery Market Place Mini Dies

I thought it would be nice to experiment with a card that just uses the three Market Place Mini dies together in a kind of snowglobe setting.

So, once again, out came my cardstock scraps and I got down to assembling the buildings, and really appreciating that the detail dies could run through my little Sidekick machine.

To set the snowglobe scene, I trimmed down an A2 panel of white cardstock with the largest Essential Arches die from Spellbinders, and ink blended with Distress Oxides, leaving a snowy bit at the bottom.

Then came a splattering of water followed by white paint.

I attached the arch to a trimmed down A2 card blank after tracing around the arch at the top and cutting the card to size.

Then it was time to add the houses and jazz them up with the Market Place Holiday Festoons dies, adding a splattering of white paint here and there.

I also used the Star Struck die to add a star to one of the windows above the Merry Christmas garland.

Then once everything was stuck down, I went in with Fluffy Stuff, puffed those snowy details up with my heat gun, then added clear glue to sprinkle over Clear Rock Candy Distress glitter for the ultimate frosty sparkle.

And there we go, another card made!
