As I mentioned the other day, Festive Fridays are back for another year – and to get back into the groove, I had a little browse through past projects and pulled out an older set…

With snow allegedly on the horizon here, I thought it would be fun to start out the festive year with a winter card.
What better supplies to choose than the Skiing By set from Pinkfresh Studio.
I already had the stamped trees in the storage pocket, so just needed to stamp, cut, and colour the skiing bear.
To build the scene, I inked up the background of my card with a mix of Distress Oxides, splattered with white gold metallic and white opaque paint.
Once the background was dry, I added the snowy mountain scene from the Skiing By set with some ivory glitter card for the snow caps.
Finally, I stamped the sentiment in the corner and added in the bear and tree die cuts.
And there we go, the first card of 2026 complete!
