For this week’s Festive Friday card, I’m using a die set that I’ve had my eye on for a while, but managed to snag at a good price in the recent Spellbinders sale. Yay!

Along with tiny and not so tiny winter houses, I have a slight weakness for red vehicles carrying Christmas trees on the roof!
So of course, the Yuletide Ride ended up on my wishlist. The die set provides lots of scope for using up scraps of festive cardstock colours. And I used various brands here, C9, The Stamp Market, and Spellbinders – plus white and silver Posca paint pens to add highlights.
All of the dies fit through my Sidekick machine so they’re quick and easy to assemble.
Once I cut all my elements, I needed to build the background of my card with some digital paper from the Fa La La collection from Crate Paper and a sentiment from Concord & 9th that kind of works like a snowy road surface.
And there we go, not much more to say – for a change!
