Today I’m sharing the second of the two cards I made before the heatwave using some lovely floral paper from Crate Paper’s Woodland Grove digital collection.
And it’s another floral Thank You card!

Once again, I delved into the treasures in the “new” product bin on my desk. They included yet another Spellbinders floral set picked up in an earlier sale this year.
And once again, I use the Capsule Basics dies from The Greetery to showcase the florals on this A6 UK size card.
This time, I went with a bold Tidepool background splattered with light gold paint to anchor the florals and really make them pop.
I took inspiration from the colour tones in the paper for the florals and greenery – so C9 Evergreen and Clover for the foliage, combined with Spellbinders Blush, Tutu, and Tuscan. Just love this combination of colours, and who knows, I may use it a lot more in future projects!
The Stylish Oval Hello You Floral dies were a perfect fit for filling the capsule space.
All I then needed to do to finish the card was add a sentiment from the lovely Laid Back Basics set. Love!
