I wear my sunglasses at night | Daring Cardmakers Challenge

Morning!

For this week’s Daring Cardmakers dare, Miri is challenging us to feature (sun-)glasses on our cards.

Well, I was pretty sure I had some ephemera or some such that would fit the bill, and here we are:

Card inspiration from Handmade by Natty featuring Colorado Craft Company Slimline Ice Cream

Paper and sticker: Simple Stories – Sunshine & Happiness (r)
Stamps: Colorado Craft Company – Slimline Ice Cream
Dies: Hero Arts – Infinity Nesting Circle, Mama Elephant – Landscape Trio

The papers are from the 6×6 pad from the Sunshine & Happiness collection by Simple Stories from a few years ago. I thought the sentiment would fit nicely in that journaling spot, and it did, but only if I turned the card into a landscape design.

Makes a nice change!

With a little foam tape and some basic dies the rest came together very easily.
