Happy Easter!
For my Easter cards this year, I’ve been using a lot of supplies that were released last year and beyond.
I try to make my Easter cards well in advance, but usually am still crafting away until the week before.
Not so this year… although I’ve definitely not been all that prolific!
The Bunny Hop stamp, stencil, and die combo from The Greetery has become one of my go-to sets this time of the year.
I usually give it the pastel treatment, but thought I’d mix it up a bit today:

Other: Distress Ink
I started out by creating a watercolour wash on Distress watercolour cardstock, which has a very textured side. I used Speckled Egg Distress ink for the wash, applied with a nice big round brush that holds a lot of paint/water.
I dried back the ink layers with my heat gun a few time before adding splatters of more concentrated ink as a final step.
Once the panel was dry, I cut it out with a diagonal stitched rectangle die.
Next I used two tones of grey to stencil the bunny wreath plus bolder shades for the greenery and tulips.
I added the stamped details (including using Distress Oxide Tattered Rose ink for the ears) then die-cut the wreath so I could go in with coloured pencils and fine black and white pens.
For my sentiment, I used the Put a Bow on It set from The Greetery stamped in Matcha and Sage tones.
Once the card was assembled, I added Clear Nuvo Jewel Drops as little raindrops around the wreath as the perfect finishing touch to all those layers and texture.
