Next up on the Festive Fridays agenda, I have two cards to share featuring a lovely freebie die that The Greetery was giving away with orders for their Thanksgiving release, I believe.
As I’m in the UK, I buy all my Greetery supplies via the UK store (Seven Hills Crafts) that stocks the brand and many other US cardmaking brands. If you’re in the UK and have never shopped there, I highly recommend it!
So not only did I not know about this freebie for direct customers, but I was kindly sent the exclusive die all the way from the US by a lovely fellow crafter over the pond.
The die is a miniature version of the Nordic Tree die set from Christmas 2024.
And here is the sweet mini version in action on two cards:

So first up, I created a little snowy backdrop for the tree die before sticking it down, using minty and light blue inks that were still on my blending brushes and just blending them over the middle Deco Frame in the set from The Greetery and leaving white space at the bottom for snow.
I added even more snow with splatterings of white ink over the assembled card before adding the tree and sentiment.
For the second card, there was no limit to the paint splattering!

I assembled the full card using a mix of layering dies with the Merry Mod Christmas digital papers, and actually managed to cover up a bit of the sentiment with white paint splatter in my enthusiasm.
Never mind, it just adds to the frosty effect!
