It’s time for some more tiny houses, and I realised that I’d not used a useful set from MFT for quite a while.
So, time to pull it out again!
Stamps: Pretty Pink Posh – Winter Greetings stamps
Dies: Waffle Flower – Sweet Plaid Texture die, Pretty Pink Posh – Winter Greetings dies, Essentials by Ellen – Home & Hearth dies (r), MFT – Grounding Elements dies (r), MFT – Tiny Houses dies (r), The Greetery – Hoopla Oval dies
The Tiny Houses and Grounding Elements dies from MFT are great for creating a little wintry scene.
I created the houses from C9 Sea Glass cardstock and used glitter card to decorate them.
I thought the large Hoopla Oval die from The Greetery would be a perfect way to frame the scene. So once I’d cut my hoop, I traced round it on Bristol smooth cardstock to blend the sky down with a mix of Navy and Sea Glass ink from The Stamp Market.
I built the scene inside the hoop, adding little stars from Ellen Hutson’s Home & Hearth die set and finished off with a sentiment from the Pretty Pink Posh Winter Greetings set.
Finally, I cut an A2 panel of blue cardstock and ran it through with the Waffle Flower Sweet Plaid Texture cover die and then inked more Navy ink around the edges.
A nice and simple card.
