One of the nice things when working behind the scenes adding photos back into blog posts from my old blog, Kool Kitty Musings, has been seeing some of my old projects from years gone by.
So much so that I’ve been inspired to give them a 2025 make over.

Today’s cards feature a design I originally made in 2018 for my Twelve Cards of Christmas series. And once again, it made more sense to make multiples in one sitting!
So I simply switched up the cover plates and ink colours for the starry sky behind the white Countryside Circle die.
I ran through 4 x A2 panels of Pale Rose cardshoppe with the cover plates listed below.
The pink sky version features the Cross-Hatch Texture die from Waffle Flower.
The dark aqua one was stamped with Sea Glass ink from The Stamp Market and combined with the Stitched Woodgrain cover-up die from Lil’ Inker Designs.
The light blue version features the lovely Sparkling Diamonds die from Pinkfresh Studio, which actually cuts out an A2 panel rather than just adding the texture.
The light mint one features the Essentials by Ellen Stitches cover plate (which is available on amazon these days).
I stamped the Merry Christmas sentiment from Mama Elephant’s Scripty Xmas set on lipstick red cardstock and heat embossed it.
I then added the fish-tails to the Simon Says Stamp Sentiment Labels and there we go.
Four cards made for the Christmas stockpile.
