Nothing says summer crafting quite like a snowglobe! Right?!
But it’s Festive Friday, so there needs to be at least some effort to embrace the winter holiday season!

I started out by cutting the base of the snowglobe from C9 Almond card as a nice contrast to the Lipstick Red card base.
I used a few shades of blue ink to blend the night sky and dotted it with snow using a Posca paint pen.
While that was drying, I got to work cutting the other elements to create the scene and decorate the base of the snowglobe.
I had already pulled the Destination North Pole set from The Greetery to use with this snowglobe die set, so simply stamped the North Pole in Cherry Kisses red and Tickle Me Pink inks and the rest of the sentiment in black ink.
It fit nicely into the scene around the little snow covered cabin, complete with sparkly Stickles roof.
As this is an easel card, I’ll add the appropriate element to keep the front popped up when I come to write this card later in the year – but for now, this card is done!
