It’s been a while since I had the opportunity to use the lovely Secret Garden Stacks supplies from Concord & 9th, but a milestone birthday deserves something special.

This is definitely the kind of project that requires undisturbed crafting time, an audiobook, and a tall glass of iced coffee to keep you going!
Basically, once you’ve cut the Pop-Out Stacks Base dies from powder blue for the sky, green for the hedges at the back, and grey tones for the wall and path, it’s time to switch gears and raid your cardstock scraps for a whole host of green shades for the foliage and bold pops of colour for the florals.
I usually find it easier to cut what I need for each layer and attach those pieces before moving onto the next layer.
The coordinating stamp set includes sentiments for the sign, but it could really do with a birthday sentiment, so the Have a Lovely Day sentiment was the closest that would work for this occasion.
Once everything was assembled and attached, I just needed to add the milestone birthday in Champagne foil card cut from the ever-versatile Bold Numbers dies from The Greetery.
Here’s hoping the recipient will enjoy their special card.
