For this week’s card, I pulled out one of my first ever purchases from The Greetery: the Pine Blossom stamp and die set.
I do love a bit of stamp layering – I find it very relaxing and always a joy to see the different steps and layers come together.

I went with some wintry shades for the florals – one of my favourite colour palettes with The Stamp Market’s inks and some Limestone ink from Altenew for an off-white look.
To create a focal point for the sentiment, I stamped it on the smallest die in the Nordic Circle set, cut from some off-white rustic looking cardstock I had in my scraps.
I used two of the sentiment banners from the Sentiment Suite Basics die set to add some Fern cardstock behind the sentiment and then assembled everything on a white panel cut with the largest A2 Stitched Scallops die and mounted on a Taffy card base.
As always, I used small scraps of card to add dimension behind the different layers instead of foam pads or tape – nice to use what you have and helps to keep your cards from becoming too bulky for easy posting.
