This week’s Festive Friday is a bit of a redo of a favourite design.
I absolutely love making a candy cane rainbow background using a now retired set from The Stamp Market.

Basically cutting and stamping 11 identical candy canes from the Candy Cane Christmas set and popping them up on a white panel of cardstock, complete with Stardust Stickles between the colourful stripes.
Well, for a new take, I added some texture to the white background with Waffle Flower’s Cross-Hatch Texture die before arranging all the candy canes.
Once they were all stuck down, I mounted the panel on a lilac card base and looked for the perfect sentiment to finish off my card so that the candy canes weren’t covered up.
And the Tis the Season set from The Stamp Market delivered!
