The light at the end of the tunnel is finally in view. September has been super full on with work, blog-related shenanigans behind the scenes, and just lots of stuff in the diary. I’ve burned the candle at both ends, and that includes some late night crafting to get back on track with my festive makes.

So like many cardmakers out there, I recently had a mini spree during the big Spellbinders warehouse sale, and purchased several sets at 80% off. Those offers were too good to pass up!
One of the deeply discounted items that made it into my basket was the Christmas Florals & Sentiments stencil and die bundle.
I’ve enjoyed a lot of the festive layered stencil sets from Spellbinders, and one of my favourite ways to use them is on Nectar cardstock from Concord & 9th.
So out came the blending brushes and the Rifle Paper inspired colour palette.
Once the ink blending was done, I went in with white Posca paint pens to add some highlights before cutting the panel with the largest Zig Zag Rectangles die from Lawn Fawn and mounting it on a Rainforest card base.
I needed a simple sentiment that wouldn’t cover up too much of that floral background, so out came the Winter Greetings set from Pretty Pink Posh.
To finish the card off, I added Simply White Nuvo Drops galore!
And there we go.
