This week’s Festive Friday is another (possibly futile) attempt to make some headway into the festive ephemera I’ve amassed over time.
It’s always fun sorting through what’s left in the pack in hopes of finding some real gems.

The Oh Joyful Day ephemera set from Rosie’s Studio definitely represents good value for money, as you get two each of every element in the pack. So there’s double the fun in using it on cards.
And of course, my go-to way to do that is by combining ephemera with Postage cover dies.
This time it’s the quadrant die from The Stamp Market.
I started out by selecting ephemera that would make a little scene.
The big fluffy blending brushes from Pinkfresh Studio made quick work of inking up the two-tone wintry sky to separate the two scenes.
Before assembling the panel, I stencilled a nice candy stripe around the edge of my card base to bring everything together.
Finally, the perfect sentiment was already good to go in the storage pocket of my Tis the Season stamp set. Always love it when that happens!
