Well, we’ve definitely had a good few Spring showers of late here!
And that reminded me that I really needed to get a few more Spring cards made.
It was time to show a bit of love to some older items in my stash, namely the Egg Window Cut Away die from SugarPea Designs which is now retired, but still a firm favourite for Easter projects.
It was pastels all the way for this project!

I started out by cutting the Egg Window die and the largest die in the Deco Frames set from The Greetery from this lovely shade of blue cardstock.
I then stamped the elements I was going to use from the Greetery Spring Time stamp and die set and coordinating sentiment banner from the Christmas Time stamp and die set using light Spring shades of ink for these.
I covered my card base and the background to the aperture in papers from the Spiffy Speckles paper pad from Lawn Fawn, using a stitched border from Mama Elephant for the little grassy hill.
I blended ink on some Whittle Eggs from Poppy Stamps for the bunny to hold and then assembled the scene.
And hey presto, card complete!
